With roots dating back to 1914, Sapoi Tea Estate has been an enduring part of Assam’s tea landscape, its gardens shaped by more than a century of tea cultivation and evolving traditions.

Generations of tea cultivation have shaped its traditions and identity. In March 2026, Global Chai Impex took over the management of the estate, ushering in a new chapter for Sapoi while continuing to build upon its established legacy.
